Jake had a small problem. Well, the problem was huge if you were given to thinking in a negative manner. His house was 7 years old now. He had bought it in an almost brand new condition from one of his banking pals at a time when realty was just beginning to get hot. Now, the neighbourhood had picked up very well and the locality was a wonderful place to be. His house was strategically placed between a park and a bus stop.
